Computer Pickup Service in San Marcos, TX

Need to bring your computer to San Marcos Computers for repair but don't have a convenient way to get it here? Our Computer Pickup service provides a convenient way for us to pick up your computer and bring it to our San Marcos shop for service.

Computer Pickup is a pickup-only service. We pick up your computer from your location and bring it to our shop for repair or service. Return delivery is not included.

Computer Pickup for Repair

Some computer problems are better handled at our shop, particularly repairs that require specialized tools, equipment, additional troubleshooting time, or work that cannot reasonably be completed during an in-home appointment.

If you have a computer that needs repair but transporting it yourself is difficult or inconvenient, Computer Pickup can make the process easier.

Once your computer arrives at our shop, it can be evaluated and handled through our regular Computer Repair process.

What We Can Pick Up

Depending on the situation, we can pick up common computer equipment such as:

• Mac computers and MacBooks
• Gaming computers
• Computer monitors
• Other computer equipment associated with the repair

Computer Pickup vs. In-Home Service

Some computer problems are best handled at home, while others need to come into our shop.

Our Home Computer Services are designed for problems that can be diagnosed or resolved at your home, including computer troubleshooting, new computer setup, printer and Wi-Fi problems, and other home technology issues.

Computer Pickup is different. Instead of performing the repair at your home, we pick up the computer and bring it to our shop where the repair can be performed.

What Happens After Pickup?

After your computer arrives at our shop, it can be checked in for service and evaluated as appropriate.

If the computer requires diagnostic work, our Free Computer Diagnostics service can help determine what is wrong and what repairs may be needed.

Depending on the problem, your computer may require hardware repair, software troubleshooting, data services, or another type of service.

Our Hardware Repair & Upgrades department handles many common hardware problems and upgrades, while our Software & Security department handles software-related problems, Windows issues, malware removal, and other security concerns.

Computer Pickup Service Area

Computer Pickup is intended for customers in the local San Marcos area and nearby communities that we serve.

If you're outside our normal pickup area, contact us before scheduling to determine whether pickup service is available at your location.

Computer Pickup Price

Our Computer Pickup service is $25.

The $25 fee covers pickup of your computer and transportation to our San Marcos shop. It does not include return delivery, computer repair, parts, diagnostics, data services, or other work performed on the computer.
