Hands-On Help at Your Home

One advantage of in-home computer service is that we can work with your actual home setup. Your computer, Wi-Fi network, printer, monitor, peripherals and other connected devices can all be part of the problem.

Rather than trying to recreate your setup at the shop, we can troubleshoot the equipment where you use it.

What to Expect

We will begin by discussing the problems you are experiencing and determining what needs to be addressed. We then work through the issues during the appointment and explain what we find along the way.

If additional shop work, parts, data recovery or other services are required, we will explain those options rather than performing work you have not authorized.

Extended Home Computer Help Pricing

$150 — extended in-home computer service.

If you only need help with a common computer problem that can reasonably be handled during a standard visit, our Home Computer Help service is available for $95.

Priority Service Available

Need help sooner? Add Priority Service for $75. Priority Service moves your appointment to the front of our scheduling queue and provides an 8:00 AM appointment on the current or next available day, subject to technician availability.

Priority Service is an optional add-on and is separate from our emergency computer services.

Some problems are better handled at our shop. Extensive data transfers, data recovery, hardware repairs requiring shop equipment, major upgrades and other work that cannot reasonably be completed during a home visit can be brought to our San Marcos location.
