This is a 2-hour in-home emergency computer service for $395, available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, subject to technician availability.

If your computer suddenly stops working, won't turn on, won't boot, loses power, or develops another problem that you consider urgent, After-Hours Emergency Computer Service gives you the option of requesting in-home assistance outside our normal business hours.

After-Hours Emergency Computer Service is intended for situations that occur when our regular business hours are over.
After-hours service may be appropriate for emergencies occurring:
- Early in the morning
- In the evening
- Late at night
- On Sundays
- When our regular shop is closed
- When an urgent business computer problem occurs outside normal business hours
Service is available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, subject to technician availability.

Our after-hours service provides emergency assistance for individual computer problems when waiting until the next regular business day isn't practical.
This is emergency computer repair and troubleshooting—not ongoing business IT support, managed IT services, or network administration.
In-Home or Business Emergency Computer Service
This service is performed at your home or business location. Our technician can evaluate the computer in the environment where it is being used and determine what can reasonably be accomplished during the appointment.
The appointment provides up to 2 hours of after-hours emergency computer service.
Depending on the problem, we may be able to resolve the issue during the visit. Some problems require specialized equipment, parts, additional diagnostic work, or more extensive repair and may need to be completed at our shop.

What Happens During the Emergency Appointment?
Our technician will evaluate the problem and determine what can reasonably be accomplished during the 2-hour appointment.
Depending on the situation, the technician may diagnose the problem, troubleshoot hardware or software, make appropriate repairs, or determine that the computer needs to be brought to our shop for additional work.
If additional repair is required, we will explain what is needed and what the next steps are.
Some Repairs Need to Come to Our Shop
Not every emergency computer problem can be completely repaired at home or at a business location.
Hardware repairs, extensive data recovery, major data transfers, component replacement, and repairs requiring specialized equipment may need to be completed at our San Marcos shop.
Our Computer Repair department handles desktop, laptop, and Mac repairs.
Our Hardware Repair & Upgrades department handles many hardware-related problems and upgrades.
Our Software & Security department handles software problems, Windows issues, malware removal, and other security-related computer problems.
After-Hours Emergency Service Price
$395 for a 2-hour emergency computer appointment.
After-Hours Emergency Computer Service is a separate emergency service and is not eligible for the $75 Priority Service add-on.
Any parts, additional repairs, shop work, data recovery, or other services required beyond the emergency appointment are handled separately.
After-Hours Emergency Service Availability
After-Hours Emergency Computer Service is available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, including early mornings, evenings, Sundays, and other times when our regular shop is closed.
Emergency appointments are subject to technician availability. After-hours service does not guarantee that a technician will be available at every requested time.
