After-Hours Emergency Computer Service
After-Hours Emergency Computer Service in San Marcos, TX
When a computer problem cannot wait until normal business hours, San Marcos Computers offers After-Hours Emergency Computer Service for customers who need urgent computer help outside our regular schedule.
This is an in-home emergency computer service available to both home and business customers in San Marcos and surrounding Central Texas communities.
When After-Hours Emergency Service Is Available
After-hours service is intended for emergencies that occur when our regular business is closed, including:
- Early morning computer emergencies
- Late-night computer emergencies
- Sunday computer emergencies
- Computer will not turn on
- Computer will not boot
- Critical computer suddenly stopped working
- Urgent laptop or desktop problems
- Other unexpected computer problems that cannot reasonably wait for regular business hours
You determine whether your situation is an emergency. Contact us and explain what happened so we can determine whether after-hours service is appropriate and whether a technician is available.
In-Home Emergency Computer Service
We come to your home or business location and work directly on the affected computer.
Our emergency service is intended for urgent troubleshooting and repair of an individual computer or device. It is not ongoing business IT support or managed IT services.
After-Hours Service Hours
After-Hours Emergency Computer Service is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, subject to technician availability.
These hours are intended to provide emergency assistance outside our regular business hours, including early mornings, late evenings and Sundays.
After-Hours Emergency Service Pricing
$395 — 2-hour in-home emergency computer service.
After-Hours Emergency Computer Service is already an emergency-priority appointment. The regular $75 Priority Service add-on is not available for this service.
Business Customers
A computer failure can be especially disruptive when an important computer is needed for business operations. After-Hours Emergency Computer Service is available for individual business computers when urgent troubleshooting or repair is needed outside regular business hours.
This service does not provide ongoing business IT support, network administration, managed services or continuing technical support contracts.
What Happens During the Visit?
We begin by determining what happened and troubleshooting the affected computer. We explain what we find and, whenever reasonably possible, work toward resolving the problem during the emergency appointment.
If the computer requires a part, extensive repair, data recovery or other work that cannot be completed during the visit, we will explain the available options before proceeding with additional work.
When Emergency Service Isn't Necessary
If your computer is working and the problem can wait until normal business hours, our standard Home Computer Help service may be more appropriate.
For problems that require additional time but are not emergencies, see Extended Home Computer Help.
For emergency problems that occur during regular business hours, see our Priority Emergency Computer Service.
Request After-Hours Emergency Service
Because this is an emergency service, appointments are subject to technician availability. Contact us and describe the problem so we can determine whether after-hours emergency service is appropriate.
