Our standard Home Computer Help service is intended for common computer problems and general hands-on assistance at your home.

This can include troubleshooting, software assistance, performance problems, configuration issues and other computer help that can reasonably be handled during a home visit.

Extended Home Computer Help

Some problems require more time than a standard visit allows.

Extended Home Computer Help provides additional time for more involved problems, multiple computer issues or situations that require more extensive troubleshooting.

New Computer Home Setup

Buying a new computer is only the first step. The new computer still needs to be configured and connected to the things you use every day.

Our New Computer Home Setup service lets us come to your home and help get your new computer ready to use.

Depending on your situation, setup can include configuring Windows, connecting peripherals and getting the computer connected to your home environment.

We can help with common problems such as a printer that will not connect to Wi-Fi, a computer that cannot find the printer or other home network and wireless printing issues.

Computer Consultation

Sometimes you need advice rather than repair.

Our Computer Consultation service is available for questions about computers, technology purchases, upgrades and other computer-related decisions.

This can be useful if you are unsure what computer to buy, whether an upgrade is worthwhile or how to approach a particular technology need.

Remote Hack & Computer Security Assistance

If you believe someone has gained unauthorized remote access to your computer or you have been the victim of a computer support scam, we provide Remote Hack & Computer Security Assistance.

Priority Service

For several of our regular home services, you can add Priority Service for an additional $75.

Priority Service moves your appointment to the front of our scheduling queue and provides an 8:00 AM appointment on the current or next available day, subject to technician availability.

Priority Service is not available with Computer Consultation or either emergency service.

Priority Emergency Computer Service

When a computer problem cannot wait for a regular appointment, we offer Priority Emergency Computer Service.

This is a two-hour in-home emergency service available during business hours, subject to technician availability.

Emergency situations may include a computer that will not boot, a failed computer or another problem that the customer considers urgent.

Emergency service can be provided at a home or business location, but it is intended for emergency computer repair and troubleshooting—not ongoing business IT support or managed IT services.

After-Hours Emergency Computer Service

We also offer After-Hours Emergency Computer Service for urgent computer problems outside normal business hours.

This service is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including times when the regular business schedule is closed, subject to technician availability.

As with our Priority Emergency service, this is emergency computer repair and troubleshooting rather than ongoing business IT support.

Home Services vs. Shop Services

Not every computer problem is best handled in the home.

Our shop is equipped for repairs that require specialized tools, parts, extended work time, data recovery equipment or other equipment that cannot reasonably be taken to a customer's home.

For those situations, we may recommend bringing the computer to our shop.

Data Recovery Is Performed at Our Shop

Our specialized Data Recovery service is performed at our shop using dedicated data recovery equipment.

If you have a failed, inaccessible, deleted or corrupted storage device, do not continue using it unnecessarily. Bring the storage device to us for a free recovery assessment.

In many cases, you do not need to bring the entire computer for data recovery.

In-Home Service Area

Our home computer services are available in San Marcos and surrounding Central Texas communities, subject to service-area and scheduling availability.

Because travel is involved with home service, appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to technician availability.
