That's why we offer this service as an in-home service. We can work with your actual router, Wi-Fi network, computer and printer rather than trying to recreate your home setup at the shop.

We will look at the problem in your home environment, identify where the connection is failing and work through the available solutions.

Our goal is to get your computer and printer communicating properly and explain what we changed so you understand your setup.

If the problem is caused by defective hardware or requires work outside the scope of an in-home appointment, we will explain your options before proceeding.

Home Printer & Wi-Fi Help Pricing

$95 — standard in-home service visit, including up to 1 hour.

If you have several computer or technology problems that need attention, our Extended Home Computer Help service provides additional appointment time.

Priority Service Available

Need help sooner? Add Priority Service for $75. Priority Service moves your appointment to the front of our scheduling queue and provides an 8:00 AM appointment on the current or next available day, subject to technician availability.
