Some computer problems are difficult to diagnose outside the environment where they occur. Your home Wi-Fi network, printer, peripherals, displays and other connected devices can all be part of the problem.
With an in-home appointment, we can work with your actual setup rather than trying to recreate it at the shop.
What to Expect
Our standard Home Computer Help appointment is designed for approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on the problem and the work required.
We will troubleshoot the problem, explain what we find and work to resolve the issue during the visit whenever reasonably possible. If the problem requires additional work that cannot be completed during the appointment, we will explain the options available to you.
Home Computer Help Pricing
$95 — includes up to 1 hour of in-home service.
If you expect that your computer problem will require more time or involves several issues, our Extended Home Computer Help service provides additional time.
Priority Service Available
Need help sooner? You can add Priority Service for $75 to move your appointment to the front of our scheduling queue and receive an 8:00 AM appointment on the current or next available day, subject to technician availability.
Priority Service is available as an add-on to eligible home-service appointments.
